    "Had a BIG paint order (11-5-gallon buckets) filled at this location ON A SATURDAY. What a great experience! I called and spoke to Lisa to make sure they had the quantity I needed in stock. They did and she put my name on them so they would still be there when I got there. I arrived about an hour later and it was all hands on deck in the paint dept. as the employees formed an assembly line. Teddy and Jaime put the heavy buckets on the counter and Lisa, Katie and Sylvie tinted and shook the buckets and then they were returned to Teddy and Jaime. Even the PPG rep Patrick helped out by serving customers while the team was busy. Teddy and Jaime then offered to load the buckets into my vehicle for me. Service with a smile from the whole team from start to finish."

    "I went there for a consultation with loc technician Aricka Shanay, I showed her pictures of what kind of loc I wanted and I even showed her pictures of what size I didn't want. I gave her a 300 deposit for making my loc extensions. My hair was put up in a bun, I was told they were stiff that's why she was putting it in a bun. When I got home my head hurt so bad I took the bun out and that when I realized not only was the locs in the wrong size they were poorly made. I called her and told her my problem and she gave me an appointment to try and make the locs smaller. That caused them to come undone. She moved to another salon and told me she would redo my hair in the micro locs I wanted. I was contacted to say 9-4-22, my appointment was 9-5-22 and was told that she was sick so she canceled my appointment then went on to tell me I have no appointments in September so I will refund you 350 and I hope you find a loctician to do your micro locs. I have contacted the owner when this first happened nothing. Now I'm 1700 out for a service I didn't receive. Her new shop is The V please don't waste your money. Look at my picture and tell me if you see 1700 ."

    "Would only recommend this place to someone I genuinely dislike. The stylist ignored the picture I showed her. I stopped her immediately when I noticed she said she would fix it. She continued for another 20 minutes. I stopped her again. By this time it was too late. The style she gave me was excruciatingly painful she used no oil grease gel or anything. The style looked bad and unprofessional. And it all could have been resolved if she just listened to me when I stopped her and showed her the picture MULTIPLE times. If you want someone to play in your hair, go here. Hate my hair style, in pain, feel so disrespected. Only reason I didn't get up and leave is because I have somewhere to go tonight and already wasted an hour of my time."
